• Die Desautel GmbH hat über 12 Jahre Bestandskunden in Deutschland aufgebaut, • hatte geringes Wachstum, weshalb das französische Management • ein Standorttransfer von Jena in die Region Frankfurt am Main wünschte. • Das Personal hatte nach dieser Management-Entscheidung gekündigt.

  • All goals achieved, after planning, organizing and supporting the relocation of the old sales company to the new office, dissolution and return of the old office.
  • Parallel to all core tasks, the largest single order in the 12-year history of the German branch was won.
Special challenges
  • Over the entire duration of the project, staff capacity was constantly very low
  • Once the new location was found, staff had to be found locally, given the acute shortage of skilled workers
