Intro
I am a business economist by education, but I have been working with or in IT for over 20 years. Therefore I am able to speak both languages. This enables me to translate the technical requirements into "normal language" and to explain to the developers how the requirements are to be understood technically.
From all my projects I am used to quickly familiarize myself with new topics and processes or to set up new processes/methods and to coordinate different stakeholders. If necessary, I like to do the job under time pressure, as I can handle that very well.
I have a high level of social competence, a pronounced willingness to provide services and strong analytical expertise. In addition, I have a quick grasp of the situation and excellent negotiating skills. Thanks to these qualities, I am able to get even large interdisciplinary teams on track and keep them on course even in "storms and shallows".
